Refund policy
As our products are perishable items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. We will only offer a refund or exchange if the product arrives defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
The Australian Seaweed Company will not be liable for orders delivered incorrectly from information provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that are re-sent due to incorrect information.
RETURNS
To start a return, please contact us at hello@theaustralianseaweedcompany.com within 48 hours of your items arriving. To be eligible your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be asked for a receipt or proof of purchase along with photographic evidence of the damaged/incorrect item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
